'Magnus' & 'Murphy'
With no children and no relatives in Australia, we decided to expand our family by adding canine children. After some research we decided that a male Boxer would be fun, keep us active and provide numerous cuddle opportunities.
I went to see John Verspay of Heromiari Boxers, he lived close by and had puppies available. Not being able to choose between the solid red and the brindle and after a long conversation and subsequent visit, I bought one of each. These litter brothers, 'Magnus' and 'Murphy', became the joy of our lives. They were stunners, their European Boxer lines gorgeous, they charmed everyone they met and brought smiles to faces as we walked them through the streets of Melbourne.
That’s them, under the menu on the left of the page.

Their temperaments were fantastic; they loved people, loved each other, loved other dogs, loved life and made us laugh constantly with their antics. Although they were never de-sexed, we had no problems with aggressive or anti-social behaviour. We were so lucky.
Sadly, 'Murphy' departed in January 2009, he was only 8 years old. 'Magnus' left us in March 2010, we like to think that he went to play with 'Murphy'.
